Can I Take LTO Online Exam at Home?
No, you cannot take the LTO Online Exam because the LTO does not allow it. Even though it is an online exam, you must visit an LTO Office on your exam day and attend the online exam there only.
Can I Register & Schedule My LTO Exam Online?
Yes, you can register at LTO Portal and schedule your LTO Exam Online from your home or office. You can set the LTO Exam Date and Time Slot as per your convenience. On your selected date, you have to visit concerned LTO Office with required documents to appear in LTO Online Exam for Driver’s License.
How to Schedule LTO Exam Online
In order to schedule LTO Exam Online, you must have an LTMS Account. If you don’t have it yet, you can create your LTMS Account at LTO Portal and then login to schedule your LTO Online Exam easily.
[Step-1] Go to LTO Portal
On your mobile or computer, open a web browser app and go to official LTO Portal at portal.lto.gov.ph.
[Step-2] Register and Login
If you don’t have an LTMS Account, click on Register Now and follow on-screen instructions to complete the registration. After registration, you need to login.
If you already have an LTMS Account, you need to login to it. Click on Login and provide your Email and Password correctly. Then provide Security Code and click on Sign In button.
[Step-3] Go to Exam Section
After login, find out and select Exam section. You should check the available options to find out the exam/test section.
[Step-4] Choose Exam Type and Schedule
Select the Exam Type based on the license/permit you have applied for. Thereafter select your desired exam date, exam time and exam location i.e. LTO Office. Select each detail carefully as you are required to visit your selected LTO Branch on the exam day to appear in LTO Online Exam for Driver’s License.

You must pay the Exam Fee to confirm your exam schedule. If you fail to pay the Exam Fee, your exam schedule will get cancelled automatically. So, make payment of exam fee and print receipt to complete the process.
